Privacy Policy

At MSuvidhaTechh, accessible from https://msuvidhatechh.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors.

Where your data is processed

The utilities on MSuvidhaTechh do their work inside your web browser; the exceptions that use or copy data to our server are listed below.

Files sent to our server

Some tools process your file on our own server instead of in your browser: PDF/Word/Excel/PowerPoint conversion, PDF compression (only when the browser cannot shrink the file), and text extraction (OCR) from images and scanned PDFs.

Your data is used only to improve our services.

Copies for improving the tools: the browser tools — PDF merge / split / compress, image to PDF, image compressor, font converter, Kruti Dev ↔ Unicode, case converter, word counter, text diff, Base64, JSON formatter / JSON to CSV and regex tester — also send a copy of the files or text you use (and any correction you type into a result) to our own server, so that wrong results can be found and fixed. Nothing is sent to a third party for this. Password, JWT, hash, UUID, QR and calculator tools send nothing.

Server Logs

Screenshots: on tool pages, when you do something (choose a file, press convert / download, and similar), your browser may send a small screenshot of that tool page to our own server so that we can see the result exactly as you saw it and fix mistakes. This happens only on /tools/… pages, never on login, account or admin pages, never on a page with a password field, and not on a timer. Nothing is sent to a third party for this.

PDF Editor, fonts, signatures and seals: the editor runs in your browser. Any font file or picture you add is first checked on our server (file type, hidden scripts or programs, and a virus scan where available); a file that fails is stopped there, deleted at once, and only a short record (file name, size, fingerprint, reason, time) with a picture of that record is kept; files that pass are kept as described above. Fonts you add stay only in your own browser. If you are logged in and choose “save for later”, your signature or seal picture is stored privately for you, can be deleted by you at any time, and is not shown to anyone else.

Network API tools (like IP lookup or DNS lookup) process request parameters strictly in memory to generate real-time results and do not log user payload data.

Google user data (Google Calendar)

Some business accounts can send event reminders to their contacts. If, and only if, a contact opens a personal connect link and approves the Google consent screen, MSuvidhaTechh connects to that person's Google Calendar. Nothing is requested from Google without that approval.

  • Data we access: the Google account email address (scope userinfo.email) to show which account is connected, and permission to create, update and delete calendar events (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events). We use it only to add, change or remove the events that the business sent to you through MSuvidhaTechh. We do not read, list or copy your other calendar events, contacts, emails or files.
  • What we store: your Google email, an encrypted refresh token, and the ID of each event we created. We do not store the contents of your calendar.
  • Sharing: we do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties. The business that sent you the event never receives access to your Google account or calendar. We transfer Google user data only as needed to provide the feature you approved, to comply with law, or in a merger or sale of assets with notice to you.
  • No advertising or AI training: Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, or to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. No human reads it unless you give explicit consent, it is required for security or abuse investigation, or the law requires it.
  • Security: refresh tokens are stored encrypted on our servers; all traffic uses HTTPS.
  • Disconnect and deletion: remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; we then stop using it and delete the stored token. You can also ask us to delete your data by emailing info@mawanta.com. Events already in your calendar stay there until you delete them.

Limited Use disclosure: MSuvidhaTechh's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
